Fairy Queen adalah sebuah impian. Kereta api ini beroperasi setiap dua kali Sabtu, pada Oktober sampai Maret, dan tiket dapat dipesan dari National Rail Museum, New Delhi, International Tourist Bureau di Stasiun Kereta Api New Delhi atau di setiap perwakilan Indian Railways di luar negeri.
